How long does shipping take?

Every order is made when you place it — no warehouse, no sitting on shelves.

Production takes 2–5 business days. Domestic shipping adds 3–5 business days after that.

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from order date.

You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on orders over $75.

What fabric are the shirts made from?

Our tees and long sleeves are printed on Bella+Canvas 3001 — 4.2oz 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Soft, holds color, and won't shrink into nothing after a few washes.

Hoodies are Gildan 18500 — 8oz heavyweight 50/50 cotton-polyester fleece. Relaxed fit, kangaroo pocket. Built to last.

What's your return policy?

Every item is made to order, so we don't accept returns for fit or preference. Each product page has a size guide — check it before you order.

If your item arrives damaged or the print is off — we'll make it right. Replacement or refund, no questions. Email support@shopbroadhead.com with your order number and a photo.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders go to production fast. If you need to make a change, email support@shopbroadhead.com within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best.

Is everything really made on demand?

Yes. Every piece is produced when you order it. No overstock, no clearance rack. That's how we keep quality consistent and inventory honest.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through our print partner's production network and shipped directly to you. Tracking info comes via email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
